Welcome to the second week of the Trenton MFRC Virtual Program Schedule. Your MFRC coordinators are settling into their new virtual workspaces and are excited to offer you a great selection of programming for next week.

Tuesday, April 14

10 a.m. - Coffee with Korena (EarlyON)

Join us for our weekly virtual “Coffee with Korena”. We will be hosting an English group and on Friday’s beginning April 17 we will be hosting a group in French. To register please contact Korena at ​​

1 p.m. - Establishing Routines at Home with Brittany Jones

The Special Needs Inclusion team is bringing you a webinar with tips and tricks for building a routine at home. The webinar will discuss basic positive reinforcement techniques, goal setting and provide you with resources to build a consistent routine. 3 p.m. - Kidz Connect with Kendra Bickford

Both kids and their parents are invited to join our Youth Resiliency Coordinator on a live virtual group: Kidz Connect! This will run once a week, alternating age groups each week. This month we are doing a craft for Month of the Military. Every week will have a different, fun activity planned. You will need to register in advance for each session. 3:30 p.m. - Expecting During a Pandemic with Anna Siwakoti

Families who are expecting are encouraged to join us and Anna Siwakoti, Holistic Reproductive Practitioner. She will be able to provide insight on new hospital guidelines,ease anxiety during this stressful time, and provide some comfort measures for you as you get closer to your due date! Join us as we host 8 Wing/CFB Trenton Commander Colonel Deming and Wing Chief Warrant Officer Baulne in a second Facebook Live Q & A town hall.
